5. Estimates & Site Visits
Submitting a form or contacting us does not create a contract or guarantee that we will perform work. We will contact you to discuss your request and, where appropriate, schedule a free on-site evaluation.
Written estimates are based on the information and site conditions known at the time of the estimate. Unless stated otherwise in writing, estimates are valid for 30 days. Hidden conditions discovered during work, such as unstable soil, buried debris, utility conflicts or failed existing bases, may require changes to the scope and price, which we will discuss with you before proceeding.
6. Project Contracts
All construction work is governed by a separate written contract signed by you and Dream Paving. That contract will describe the scope of work, price, payment schedule, timeline, warranty and other terms. If there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed project contract, the signed contract controls for that project.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about property lines, HOA requirements and known underground utilities or structures. Before digging, the underground utility notification required in California, such as calling 811, is completed as part of the project process.
7. Photos, Reviews & Content You Send Us
When you send us photos, plans or messages, you confirm that you have the right to share them and you allow us to use them to evaluate and complete your project. We will only publish photos of your property on our Website or social media with your permission, and we will not publish your full address.
Customer reviews shown on the Website reflect individual experiences. Results vary based on each property and project.
8. Intellectual Property
